Room for rent in 3 bedroom 2.5 home. All utilities less cable and water included in monthly rent. Waster allotment of 40 included in base rent. If couple, monthly rent increase of $400. I have 1 husky that is house trained and I work from home and thus, I prefer roommate(s) with full time occupations. Background check is required for move in and the month to month lease will be notarized upon signatures. Bedroom is furnished with Queen size bed, dresser and television. Please advise if you wish to bring your own furniture for discussion and agreement prior to move in.
