Lease transfer for a 2/2 apartment

Transferring a lease for a 2/2 apartment at Accent Brier Creek. It would be through June 2026, but you have the option to do a new lease.

📍Accent Brier Ln, Raleigh, NC 27617

✅ Base rent is $1805 before fees and amenities. You may do a traditional deposit, or do a monthly deposit waiver fee.

✅ 1116 square feet.

✅ Located on the border of Raleigh and Durham. It's a brand new apartment complex. Everything is clean, well organized, management is very professional, and maintenance is prompt and efficient.

✅ There's pet rent, but you can get documentation online that your pet is an emotional support animal and their rent is waived.

✅ I've also been using the Flex app to help split rent payments. Happy to show you how that works.

✅They require a credit and background check through a 3rd party, and will check out your debt-to-income ratio. They would prefer no negative rental history, non-payment of utility bills, etc. However, they will do a holistic review.

✅ Income from all tenants will need to be 3 times the rent.
