Cozy Raleigh House with Great Amenities

It’s a 3bed 2.5 bath cute house. It’s fully furnished so you don’t need to bring anything. Some of the amenities include a gym, pool, pickleball court, and club house. There is plenty of parking and it’s a very safe neighborhood. Washer and dryer are included. I’m looking for someone clean and respectful to share the space with.

My roommates currently moved out so I’m looking for someone to take over their space. It would be a shared bathroom. The rooms are very spacious and come with a large closet. The house is large and has multiple living rooms; great for having guests over and having your own space. It comes with a backyard, you can sit on the swing or enjoy your morning coffee in the sunlight.

A little about me, I’m very easy going, love a night in and an occasional night out. I’m not into fitness and being outside, hiking, biking, nature. I love to try new food and really value my peace.
