Hi there! I'm looking for a clean, respectful housemate to fill a furnished room in our peaceful 4-bedroom townhome in Northwest Raleigh. It’s a calm, well-kept neighborhood with quick access to Umstead Park, Brier Creek, Rex Hospital, and RTP, and about 20 minutes to downtown Raleigh or Durham.

📅 Available: July (or sooner—May/June can be arranged)
💰 Rent: Includes everything — electricity, water, Wi-Fi, gas, trash/recycling, sewer, and laundry. Security deposit negotiable. No deposit if doing Waivo insurance, in which I would raise your rent by around $80. Otherwise, a 1-month refundable security deposit is required.
📏 Room Size: 13x10, on the third floor

You’ll share a full bathroom with 2 others (plus extra half baths around the house)

In-unit washer & dryer

Walking/biking distance to greenways and close to major grocery stores (Publix, Harris Teeter, Target, Food Lion)

🚫 No pets, smoking, vaping, or drugs (due to allergies)
📺 No shared streaming/TV services, but you’re welcome to bring your own setup
👋 Guests are welcome occasionally — we just aim to keep things quiet and respectful

I live downstairs and work two night shifts, so I really value a clean, quiet home, especially during the day. We’re friendly but low-key, and everyone contributes to keeping the space peaceful. After you move in, there will be four housemates total.
