Young professional roommate wanted!

Hi! I am looking for a new roommate for my apartment in the midtown Raleigh area. My lease is expiring on May 12th so move-in date would be around that time. I am renewing my lease and transferring into one of the renovated units at my apartment which I am including pictures of. You would have to submit an application to the apartment complex and should you be approved, I can then add you to my lease. I can confirm the application fee with the leasing office. This will be a year lease around and the cost includes trash service, water, sewage, pest control. It is five minutes from North Hills and about ten minutes from downtown.

Please keep in mind that these are staged pictures of the unit we would be moving into. I have also included pictures of some of the amenities. If you would like to see it in person, leasing office has agreed to keep a unit unlocked for me to show you the apartment.

A little about me personally : I am currently working in telecom and beginning a career in real estate. I mostly work from home but with real estate I will be in and out a bit. I have an year old lab mix. He is sweet and silly but also a little bit anxious. I also love the gym, makeup, and baking. I consider myself to be a quiet roommate, and always respect other peoples belongings and boundaries.
