1 bedroom with private bath and private entrance

My current roommate is leaving and I am looking to fill the 1 bedroom/1 bathroom with private entrance ASAP.
Pets may be considered, I have no pets or children.
I am 24 years old, I am a full time hairstylist so I am always on the go and working.
The apartment complex is very nice, safe feeling, clean, and peaceful. Worth all of the money I pay. The apartments utilities such as the gym, car cleaning stations, pool, and grills are very nice and always very clean!
I am very chill, easy going, LGTBQ friendly, I don’t care if you drink, smoke, play your music, as long as you always pick up after yourself, never have drama or issues involving cops, always have your rent, and respect the home that we will both be residing in!
Another “weird thing” but I ask for the sake of us, that if we aren’t home please turn off all lights and tv’s!:)
Just like rent, utilities would be split 50/50!
Water is included in our rent, we just pay a small portion which is great but we would be responsible for internet, electric, & rent!
The AD says that the move in date would be may 1st but I just put that, but I am hoping that she is out ASAP so if that is the case we can move you in whenever you are ready!
I have pictures of the apartment and I and would love to meet in person, have a nice get to know you moment!
