Looking for Roommate in Downtown Raleigh

Hey everyone! My name is Reed, and I am looking for a roommate for the second bedroom in my two-bedroom, two-bath apartment in downtown Raleigh starting June 1, 2024. The apartment is 997 sq ft. and has a nice view of downtown. Rent is $1130 per person + utilities. It has excellent amenities, including a total gym and yoga studio, in-unit laundry, a pool, and a private parking deck. Additionally, this unit is in the heart of downtown, close to many great restaurants and bars, shopping, historic Oakwood, and Moore Square. I've lived in this unit for a year and enjoyed every second.

A little about me: I am a recent UNC graduate working at a tech PR agency. I have many interests, including sports, music, food, and art. I’m an avid runner and also love to surf. I am tidy and clean around the apartment while respecting you and your space. These are two things I significantly value in a roommate.
