I am looking for someone to rent a room in my newly renovated 5 bedroom, 2.5 bath, house located in east Raleigh. A 3 mins walk away from Anderson Point Park, 3/4min drive from Wal-Mart, Food Lion, and tons of restaurants. 15 mins to Downtown/Crabtree/North Hills/Cameron Village and 10 mins to Knightdale. Quick access to 440 and 40. The room has new flooring and fresh paint with a nice closet space. The bathroom is shared with other roommates. The house is always to be tidy and peaceful. A great environment to be to yourself when you’re in the mood or to be social when you’re in the mood as well.
