Rent includes internet + 1 indoor parking garage spot. Private use of water dispenser (hot/cold, first gallon included). House and Room access by keypad, garage accessible by remote. The second floor offers a common area with a kitchen, dining room, living room and powder room. There is also a small balcony. The third floor contains the house owners office, bedroom as well as another bedroom. Access to the third floor is restricted, accessible only to do laundry. Besides internet all other expenses are split by the number of people living in the house (electric/gas/water).
