Hi all!

My last friend / roomie moved out for love, and this place is too damn big just for me. So, let's see if I can find a nice roomie! :)

The House:
- 2450 sq/ft
- 5 bed / 2.5 bath
- 2 car garage

The home is nestled in a quiet little neighborhood that is just past Brier Creek and the strawberry farm. It's 15 min from RTP and in my personal opinion is a little slice of paradise. Seriously, there are kids who set up lemonade stands during the summer. The lemonade is HORRIBLE, but it is totally suburb-adorable. (seriously.. NEVER drink their lemonade!)

In this, you will get (2) rooms and your own private bath. My last roomie left her fancy bed and nightstand, so if ya are coming from afar and don't want to haul one from wherever, we got'cha covered. :)
