Quiet professionals looking for a roommate

2 tech professionals in our 20s-30s are looking for a third roommate. We are both very quiet guys, spending most of our time while home in our rooms, so we're looking for someone with a compatible lifestyle and personality.

It's a private room, with a shared kitchen, living room, and balcony. You would be sharing a bathroom with 1 other person. The complex has a number of other amenities, like a pool and gym. The monthly rent would be $595. Utilities are split three ways, and typically total $100-$125/month per person. There is also a security deposit, which should be around $350.

The lease renews in December, and we are looking for someone who is committed to renewing for the following year. But the room is available to move into any time between now and then.
