In the heart of Garner, NC, you will find peace and tranquility in this unique urban farmhouse. The home is an open concept, with windows overlooking the enclosed large yard, patios & gardens. The home is equipped with high-speed fiber optic cable, and Roku TVs throughout. There are two furnished bedrooms to chose from, and you can have both closets and your own private full bathroom. Smoking is ok, as long as it is done outside, and there is a covered porch to smoke year-round.

The completely private backyard has a 10ft privacy screen and a 6ft privacy fence surrounding a large 1/2 acre wooded lot. Includes a firepit & a 37-jet, therapeutic hot tub. Chickens will be coming soon and will provide daily fresh eggs. Lots of space to garden and fresh herbs and vegetables are grown year-round.

Owner lives on the property and is a Risk Manager by trade. I am seeking another professional. I am an active Christian in my community. I love to cook, and if you like me, I am likely to cook for you from time to time :-). I have bikes and like to tour the Garner parks. I also love to garden and am currently working on Tomato beds for the summer. If you like to garden, there is plenty of yard space to jump in and make your own garden too!
