About the room: If you’re looking for a large (23x13) room in a quiet suburban neighborhood, look no further! The home is a 4 bedroom with a large back yard. The community has a small gym and a pool. There is a private bathroom for the room as well which has a tub & shower. The location is in the 40/42 Cleveland area of Garner. We also have three dogs. All utilities are included, as well as broadband. Access to all shared spaces (living room, kitchen, yard). Driveway parking.

About us: We are a mature, respectful gay male couple and have lived in the home for 6 years. We are both clean and quiet. One of us works from home, the other is looking for remote work. We each have an office in the house. Hobbies include Stonewall sports, gardening and cooking. We are not into the club or party lifestyle, so we usually chill at home and watch TV/movies.
