Its a big and spacious single family home beside Garner Walmart Supercenter. Its newly constructed and everything is neat and clean. Food Lion is literally in 5 mins walking distance. Walmart(Super Center), Dollar Tree, Aldi, Sheetz, Precision Tune and many other stores and restaurants are within 5 minutes drive. 70, I40 and I540 are in 5 minutes connectivity.

About the room(s):
Two bedrooms are for rent with full privacy. Each room is very spacious(Please see the pictures) has big ensuite closet. The residents in the two bedrooms will share a 1 bathroom with another additional bathroom for use.

Utilities included in rent:
Internet, electricity, washer, dryer, water, heating, cooling, shared kitchen and dedicated cabinets, dedicated pantry storage space and free curbside parking just beside the home. You don’t have to pay a single extra penny!

Lease:
Initial lease is of 3 months , it can be renewed post that based on the requirement of the tenant. For convenience, depending on the situation of the room mate, we also can do 30 day move out notice without any fee.
