The best part of this rental is the backyard which features a deck, pool, tiki bar, koi pond, hot tub and garden. Bathroom is shared with one tenant. Although two others rent here, you still have plenty of privacy as we are often not even home. lol. One works nights. The other works long days. It is really a nice place to live.
