- The living room has a sectional couch, electric fireplace, coffee table, and an 85" 4k TV. It's a great place to hang out.
- I have stocked the kitchen with just about everything one could need or want for preparing any sort of meal.
- We have a balcony! (Third story, corner apartment - great view)
- The property is gorgeous, new construction. The complex has a pool/BBQ area, gym, game room, terrace lounge, etc.
- The property also throws two free social events per month for residents.
- Free parking!
- Washer and Dryer in-unit.
- The location of the property is very convenient; close proximity to multiple shopping centers with grocery stores. It's about a 15-20 minute drive to downtown Cary.
- Rent is $1200 a month, and will total around $1250-$1300 after utilities, fees, and WiFi.
