Primary Bedroom

I am subleasing the primary bedroom in a West Cary townhome, only $795/month. It’s 10 to 15 min from RTP and RDU airport, 20 to 25 min from UNC-CH, NC State, and Duke!

The Townhome is 3 Bed 3.5 Bath, which means that every bedroom has its own private bathroom. The Bedroom being subleased is the primary bedroom on the top floor, and includes two closets, a double vanity bathroom, and plenty of floor space. Move in time ideally would be as soon as possible.

As mentioned, the price would be $795 a month (plus utilities) in the West Cary Area. With utilities it would likely come out to around $900/month give or take.

When you move in, you’d be sharing the home with 2 other male roommates in their 20s and would prefer if the prospective roommate was also a guy. The home atmosphere is pretty quiet and tidy, and they like to keep the common areas (kitchen, table, living room) a normal level of clean and tidy for the next person to use. The parking at the townhome complex allows for one car for each of us (garage, driveway, parking pass on the street), but there is also parking by the nearby park if have someone over or need another place to park.
