Seeking a roommate in Apex/Holly Springs

I am a 27 year old looking for a roommate. I live in a three bedroom home in Apex that is right on the border of Holly Springs. There is a 2 car garage, a fenced in backyard, a patio with chairs, a laundry room, and access to the pool when in season. The neighborhood also hosts a variety of events throughout the year including several food trucks. The neighborhood is closely and conveniently located by several grocery stores, pharmacies, banks, restaurants, bars, parks, gas stations, mechanics, doctors offices, and anything else you really might need. I have no children but I do have three indoor cats and a bearded dragon. My cats are all very sweet and will not disturb you. The bedroom and bathroom that you would be renting is on a side of the house the cats do not have access to, and my bearded dragon is in an enclosure in the spare 3rd bedroom that I use as my art studio. You would be welcome to bring in your own bed, TV, etc. You will have your own bathroom complete with a shower/bath tub. There is a full kitchen, dining room, living room, and laundry room. I also have a punching bag, weights, and a dart board in the garage. Access to all of those is perfectly fine. I just ask for a clean living space and a heads up if guests are over. No smoking in the house. Rent would be $800 a month with utilities and Wi-Fi included. A $450 security deposit is asked for that you will get back. Please have 2 references. I would only ask that you sign an agreement based off of the above and also just stating that I would receive a 30 day notice if you felt the need to move out. I am low maintenance, and easy to get along with. Please let me know if you have any questions.
