The room rental includes a master bedroom with private bathroom and a second room (Total of 350sf). Share the kitchen, dining, and exterior areas. A two-car garage is attached for food and bicycle storage, as well. Property has a patio and nice back yard with pond. Utilities included in cost: internet, electric, water, sewer, trash, and natural gas. There is driveway parking available. Washer and dryer also available in residence. Full use of the kitchen appliances and dishware.
I am a single mom with a 14 year old boy. I am a nonsmoker. I have 3 cats and a fish.

I require $500 deposit to hold room and 1st month rent due 2 weeks prior to move in. If pets, there is an additional $500 for pet deposit.
Ask about Lease terms. No short term leases (9 months or less)
There is an extensive background and credit check fee (~$100).
