We have an extremely large furnished bedroom (about 450sqft) available June 1st in a shared house in Marvin, NC.

To avoid scammers and protect the safety of other tenants in the house, a background check is required before viewing the room. After doing the background check, you can view the room and meet housemates, etc. before deciding whether to sign the lease.

$695/month: Extremely large furnished bedroom (about 450sqft) with queen bed, nightstand, 2 dressers, armoire, 2 wardrobes, and a desk.

In addition to the base prices listed above, there is a $100/month charge for utilities, high-speed Internet and administration. This rate assumes an annual lease term. For shorter lease terms, higher monthly rates will apply: +$25 for 9 months, +$50 for 6 months, +$75 for 3 months, or +$100 for 3 months initially followed by month-to-month.

This house is beautiful and large, with spacious common areas. The Beachwood neighborhood is very safe and peaceful, with a pleasant woodsy atmosphere and quiet walkable streets. Marvin is between Ballantyne, Indian Land, Waxhaw, and Weddington (just South of Charlotte). This is a very high-end area, with many beautiful houses and even mansions nearby. The schools in this area (like Marvin Ridge High School) are top-rated.

The other individuals at this property are mature working professionals, who maintain a clean and drama-free household. We are looking for normal professional people, who are friendly and willing to do their share to keep the house clean.
