Located one mile off I485 and Idlewild Road

I am renting one room in my 2,200 square foot house and have a double room or a large bonus room available. I have the option of bedroom furniture if you need it. I have several jobs and own a marketing business. So, when I’m home I’ll mostly keep to myself because I work so many hours and am tired, lol. My neighborhood is one mile off I 485 Idlewild Road (exit #49).

I’m offering an incentive to the renter for which I’m looking. I don’t want you to feel like you have to stay in your bedroom or that you’re only renting one room. I thought we EACH could rotate one night “downstairs” in the common area out of four nights and the fifth night could be for anyone that wants to hang out downstairs. It won’t be me on the fifth night as I probably won’t like the shows you watch haha. But that way we all could have our own alone/chill time. I am fine with hanging out in my bedroom or office on the nights you have the family room to yourself.

My landlord is Progress Residential, and they do require you to fill out an application to be a resident, but it doesn’t obligate you on the lease; I am the primary and the only one obligated on the payment. They said they only want to do a background check, criminal check and credit check on people moving in their homes. You don’t have to have great credit; they only want to make sure you haven’t had bankruptcy recently or an eviction. One months rent as a deposit but Progress will make you pay an $150 application fee. No pets please or overnight guests other than close family.
