Cheap housing! Women only

Hello! I'm moving into my childhood home in the coming months and need a roommate to help me pay utilities, as I'm disabled and currently very low income. I'll be upfront- this house is not perfect. Let me give you a pros and cons list!

Pros:
-Cheap! The house is fully paid off, so we're only paying utilities.
-We have a very good well with clean, fresh water and good water pressure. So no water bill!
-I get free internet through my Medicaid, so no internet bill, either!
-Very safe and comfortable neighborhood. I grew up here and know most of the folks. Everyone is very kind and respectful.
-Right near Ingles and dollar general, so very convenient for grocery shopping.
-Decent sized back yard for gardening or other outside activities!

Cons:
-No central heat or air. But I do have AC units and a monitor heater.
-We cannot have a washer installed. So we either hand wash our clothes, or go to the laundry mat. (About 5-10 minute drive)
-There is no room for a dishwasher.
-The house is old and in rough shape. A few broken windows, roof potentially needs replaced.

Please note that I have not been there in a few years! Some of this information is subject to change, and I will update you as soon as I have more information. I will not be moving until December (roughly), and by then will have done a thorough inspection. I'm putting this ad up early to be prepared.

I have a few rules for roommates, please respect them!

-Women ONLY! (Yes, this includes trans women ❤️)
-Absolutely NO drugs or heavy alcohol use.
-No smoking
-Please remove your shoes before coming inside.
-No children or partners. There is only enough space for two people.
-1-2 pets are okay, but only if they're trained and you clean up after them. I love animals if they're well behaved!
-I'm not a clean freak, but I do expect you to clean up after yourself. This includes personal hygiene.
-Please be a decent and responsible person. I won't tolerate rude behavior, being late on bills frequently, or excessive drama that affects my life or home.
-I have ZERO tolerance for racism, homophobia, bigotry etc. You will be asked to find a new home if you exhibit any of this behavior.
-Guests are welcome! Please just give me a heads up beforehand. And please make sure any guests are respectful of our home. Clean, polite, no drugs, etc.

About me!

I am a 26 year old disabled artist. I cannot work due to my disabilities, and am currently in the process of applying for benefits. I am queer and left leaning. One room of the house will be my dedicated craft room, so if you're also an artist, please feel free to share my art space ❤️ I am autistic and do not do well with loud noises or large crowds of people. So if you'd like to have a group of friends over, please let me know beforehand so I can either leave or prepare. I'm very friendly and enjoy socializing. I love music, video games and audiobooks. I am very colorful and eccentric, and plan to decorate my home accordingly! :)
