Looking for female only, since renter shares a full bathroom with the other renter, Laura. Guests are permitted. Renter needs to be low drama and responsible. Laura and I are both on disability, peaceful, a bit messy, and accepting of all kinds of people. Laura's dog is small, elderly, quiet, and friendly.
