I have a room for rent in Salisbury, NC and it is $395 per month with utilities included. You will have access to the kitchen and laundry room. I do not party, drink or smoke. It is a quiet neighborhood conveniently located to Greensboro-Winston Salem, Concord and Charlotte. The room is furnished and has a nice TV with streaming services too. Available April 5, 2026. I do not allow drugs or alcohol.

No alcohol, drugs or smoking permitted. This is a sober household. The lease will be for 3 months and can be extended if it is a fit. Please be considerate and I do expect someone that can clean up after themselves.
