Non-Smoking Female Roommate Needed

I am looking for a female to rent a room in our home. We currently have 2 disabled, females (one with Autism and the other with Asperger's Syndrome) living here (one ground level and one in the basement), so anyone interested in renting must be able to understand issues related to Autism and how it plays out in the home. Our home is a Jewish home, and we often entertain guests on Friday night for dinner. However, a renter is free to practice whichever religion they prefer.

Our renter will be responsible for 1/3 of the monthly bills and a very modest fee for renting the room per month. We share a bathroom with an accessible shower just down the hall. We share common areas, including the living rooms (upstairs and downstairs), a beautiful deck, the kitchen, and the laundry room. This spring, we even started a raised bed garden off the driveway. Street parking is available. We do have high-speed internet and streaming (Netflix, Max, Disney, Hulu, Paramount, and Crunchy Roll). The renter must be willing to sign a 6 month contract and have a background check. She will be responsible for her own food and cooking her meals separately.
