We currently have two furnished private bedrooms available in a wellmaintained shared home located in Greenville, NC, just minutes from East Carolina University, ECU Health, shopping, restaurants, and major highways. This home is ideal for working professionals or ECU students seeking a peaceful living environment.

Rent includes electricity, water, highspeed WiFi, washer and dryer access, and full use of the kitchen and shared living areas. A bed frame and mattress are provided, making the room movein ready.

The home is occupied by respectful tenants and has two small, friendly dogs. Security cameras are installed in the common areas and outside the property for added safety (no cameras are located in bedrooms or bathrooms).

• Single occupancy only (one person per room)
• First month’s rent and a $ refundable security deposit due at movein
• Security deposit terms are outlined in the lease agreement
