Townhouse apartment available in Chapel Hill

hi! my partner and i are looking at transferring our part of the lease for a 2 bed 1.5 bath townhouse apartment! it’s in booker creek townhouse apartments. you would have a private bedroom and share the full and half bathrooms. we are hoping to move someone in in may, but we are slightly flexible with this! the lease is up july 29th and at that point our roommate wants to move out, so you could renew but you would have to find another roommate.

your roommate from may-july would be a super sweet 26 year old unc grad. your half of the rent would be $876 including utilities (except internet) as a flat rate if you’re a student. if you aren’t, then it would be $784 + utilities.

it is a 7 minute walk from the CL bus route, which would then be just a 15 minute ride to Franklin St. there is also the G bus route right outside of this unit that goes to UNC campus, but comes less often. it is also walkable to Eastgate Crossing via Booker Creek Trail, which is super close to this unit.

the apartment complex is pet-friendly and has a little dog park! it also has a nice pool that opens in the summer, very close to this unit. the back door opens onto a small porch with green space shared by neighbors. the bedroom is fairly big with two closets. we easily fit a full sized bed, two desks, and a dresser in it. there is a washer and dryer in unit and parking right in front of the apartment. it’s a lovely apartment, the only reason we’re moving out is to be closer to a new job.
