Looking for someone to take over my room-lease. WE WILL PAY for May and June RENT.

Lease ends in November 1st.

My room (a master's bedroom) has its own bathroom and quite nice.

FREE Queen Bedframe and Mattress (both is 3months old - still new!)

The house has 4 bedrooms. 2 bedrooms currently have no tenants. Landlord also lives in the house.

Kitchen is a common area.
Laundry Included.
There is a private beautiful back porch.

The landlord is 30 yrs old active marine.

The room is allowed for couples.

If you're active duty, the house is close to the Holcomb Gate by 10mins drive.
