The room has a queen size bed, dresser, nightstands, desk with chair, TV, mirror, and a closet in it.

The bathroom will be a shared bathroom. The bathroom has a walkin shower. There’s a half bathroom downstairs also to use.

You will have access to the whole house along with the amenities. The lightfilled living room is luxuriously appointed with a comfortable L couch, a big swivel chair, comfy shag carpet, and a TV in front to relax by the fireplace. Access to a back deck equipped with a grill, a fire pit, and a sitting area will make this a place you never want to leave. You’ll be pleased with the functional kitchen with ample countertop space, builtin cabinets, electric stove, and microwave.

No Pets allowed. A background check is required, a minimum of a month lease is required, and one months rent of $ along with $ security deposit upon moving in. Military are welcome. Please contact me if interested.
