Looking for a potential third roommate!

Your bedroom

Hello! We live in a two story house in downtown Wilmington just a few minute walk from all the downtown restaurants and businesses. Our names are Bri and Garrison. We are a couple who has already lived in this beautiful house with a third roommate for a year but sadly she may be moving on! The room to rent is upstairs. The bedroom has two closets one being quite large! There is a bathroom upstairs as well that has a full tub/shower and a big space for shelving. This would be your private bathroom. There is a second bedroom upstairs that we use as a common space for art, hobbies or whatever else. There is a third smaller room upstairs used for storage that we can all share. The downstairs is furnished and decorated with all of our stuff but we, of course, are open to additions! We want the common spaces to feel like yours too. Downstairs there is also a common den room where we have a small at home gym and reading nook area. The kitchen has washer and dryer, water cooler and dish washer. Our bedroom and bathroom we primarily use is also downstairs!
There is room for parking in our driveway (we have 1 vehicle and the lot can fit 2 cars) as well as street parking. We are 4/20 friendly and are looking for a friendly roomie!!! We have 2 cats named Goose and Icky and other cats (up to two more as per pet policy) are also welcome!
As far as us as roommates. I know there can be some concerns about living with a couple. We don’t have any loud arguments ever and are respectful of common areas being made comfortable for everyone. We have been together for 4 years and are very very stable. I won’t say we are obsessively clean but things are never really messy. Maybe a thing or two left on the counter vibe lol. We both are homebodies and like to chill in the living room watching TV most nights. We don’t usually throw parties and if we do they are small and tame game nights with close friends. We cook most nights and are super open to sharing our cookware/cups/plates/silverware etc. The upstairs would basically be all yours aside from us occasionally coming up to do crafts or grab something in storage so you have lots of space to yourself.
