Looking for Roommate for Available Bedroom in Tow

Hey y'all, my name is Sergey, and I have a roomate moving out of the town house I am currently staying at. It is located in the Monkey Junction area. We are in search of a new roommate to fill the room. I am not the owner of the property, however I am responsible for finding another roomate. It's a bedroom bath town house. The bedroom available is downstairs. We are looking for a no drama roommate, I live with my girlfriend in the upstairs bedroom, and my other roommate Devine. The rent is $ a month, however we do split it between us making the room $ a month plus utilities which is about $. So around $ all together. There is a required background check, credit check and a $ up front deposit which you will get back at the end of the lease as long as nothing Is damaged.
