Hi guys!
A little background about the place and myself-
This is a house located right in the heart of vass off of US-1. It has 3 bedrooms and 2 baths with washer and dryer included!
I unfortunately cannot stick to my lease resign for 2026 and I am looking for someone to take my portion.
Rent is 1700 roughly 566 for each person. Utilities roughly run no higher than 150 a month and that includes Water, Electricity, Wifi, and Renters Insurance.
I have two lovely kind hearted roommates who currently live in the house alongside me. They are both 20 and work full time jobs with one of them studying at NC State.
It is a great home and amazing atmosphere and I am hoping we can find a good fit!
