Hey! I’m looking for a roommate and this would be a great fit for someone who wants a comfortable place to live and a workspace. (I moved in not long ago and am still getting furniture)

You’d have your own bedroom, a separate room that you can use as an office, studio, or whatever you need, and two bathrooms both with showers. The bedroom is cozy with good natural light, and the extra room is perfect if you work from home or just want your own space.

A little about the place: it’s a clean, relaxed home with shared kitchen and living areas, laundry access, and reliable high-speed internet. The neighborhood is quiet and safe, and there’s parking available. There is also tons of restaurants/coffee shop in walking distance and it’s in south end of Charlotte

About me: Im 22, I like to go out, I’m pretty chill, I don’t bring too many people over, I’d love to hangout and watch tv/go to the coffee or whatever you’re comfortable with, I keep the shared spaces clean, and I work during the day
