Old 1940s home converted into a duplex. Landlord lives in the back half and I currently live in the front half. It's a 2 bedroom 1 bath with a large gravel lot and street parking. The neighborhood is walking distance from southend and has a small park with tennis courts!
I'm a 24yr old woman and work in uptown as a structural engineer on Tues/Wed, then WFH the other days of the week. I'm very clean and like to keep things tidy. Need quiet during working hours but outside of that I love to walk to southend for the markets and breweries. On the weekend I usually take my kayak out, fish, hike, and go to bars/clubs with friends!
