Looking for roommate urgently

My lease is up soon and my current roommate is moving out but I'm not ready to move yet, so me and my partner are looking to get a new roommate to fill in to help with expenses as well as hopefully have someone new to chat with and share a space with.

The room is a moderately sized bedroom with a large walk in closet and a larger private bathroom all one one side of the apartment. The room is roughly 160 square foot, giving you a reasonable amount of space. It comes unfurnished, so you'll have to bring your own furniture. There is a patio door to your room, allowing you an easy in and out from your own living space for coming and going at your own leisure. The bathroom has a shower tub combo, and ample counter space for any cosmetics and necessities you'll need. The living room is mostly unfurnished as me and my partner don't use it for much, but the kitchen is well used and has a couple extra amenities such as an air fryer and coffee machine for everyone's use. There is in unit laundry, so no need to pay extra for using the machines. The apartment is located on the third floor facing south west, offering plentiful sunlight for any plants you may want to bring along. The apartment complex also has a resident fitness center as well as a nice pool located in the back of the complex.

The location is in the Fourth ward of Charlotte, just inside of uptown. It's walkable to the city square, and there's a Harris Teeter within a 10 minute walk to the apartment, as well as a CVS and Dunkin Donuts if your looking for a quick breakfast. There's also plenty of restaurants and cafes in the area, so you're not hurting for a good treat close to home. There is a bus stop right along the road, and the transportation center is just a short trip by bus to get from home to anywhere within Charlotte city limits and even further.

As for the current tenants, my partner (Makayla) and I(William) have been living in the unit for the past year, and I've personally been in Charlotte since 2021. We're both quite introverted, but we enjoy conversating with new people. I usually work nights, so my free time is mostly spent at home watching TV or playing some video games. I enjoy cooking though, and if I'm not indulging in hobbies or working, I'm probably cooking something. I'm more than willing to share as well. My partner enjoys much the same, spending most of her free time on her computer or watching some shows. She's a bit more introverted than I, so she'll take some time to warm up to you, but as long as we're all friendly, things should go great between us all.
