Room available this August

***** I Currently have found a roommate for this room, but (until further notice) she will be gone by the end of July. I will be looking to fill this room from August til next year. She bought a house, so this is a short temporary solution for her.

Pictures are uploaded. This unit is located off site from The Landon property. Its the same company, but they have 4 separate buildings kinda tucked away in the middle of a town home neighborhood. Currently I have the master bedroom left available. I may move my stuff into the master bedroom, but realistically because I have my computer and music stuff setup in the dining room, I think its fair that a roommate get the bigger room. Internet is included in this unit. Pets are welcome. I suggest you get them registered as emotional support animals and you won't have to pay the pet deposit or rent.

This unit DOES have washer and dryer HOOKUPS but did not come with the appliances. That being said, after the first month or so I have someone moved in, I will go ahead and buy a washer n dryer. Those will obviously be available to use. It does have older appliances. So no stainless steel. Basic run of the mill stuff. Also this unit has 9' ceilings. So not exactly vaulted, but higher than normal. Makes the rooms feel bigger. The bedrooms do not have overhead lights of doom. So you'll need a lamp for your bedroom.

Bathroom toilets are the standard round toilets that are a little smaller. Which kinda sucks but it is what it is. There is a little bit of storage available in the unit off the balcony.

Lastly unit is located on the 2nd floor.
