Southend Private Room in 2BR Townhome

Hi, I’m looking for a roommate to rent the second bedroom in my Southend townhome. It will be available to move in starting as early as April. The available room will be furnished and includes a private attached bathroom. I’m open to short-term or flexible summer arrangements.

It’s walkable to restaurants, breweries, and the light rail — ideal if you work uptown or nearby.

Rent is $1,250month + $100 flat for utilities and internet. I’ll be living in the master bedroom. I work remotely in fashion IT, keep a clean and respectful home, and have a small, very friendly dog.
