Mid-May through August 1BR Sublease Available!

Looking to find a sublease to take over my 1 bedroom/1 bath apartment!

This apartment is on the top floor of The Penrose, and I’ve loved living here so much I’m on my second renewal. Moving a bit suddenly for a job opportunity or else I would be staying :) It is a great location in Southend (very central), I use the amenities (gym/pool/grill) all the time, and it is overlooking one of the back courtyards so it is very quiet. Will be unfurnished!

Cost/timing information below, but happy to answer any further questions!

The current lease goes through September 2nd, and the apartment would be available May 18th. That said, I am happy to cover all May rent and open to covering whatever timeframe you wouldn’t need on the backend! I have also confirmed with my leasing office that you would have the option to renew.

Rent is $2,077 but I typically pay $2,180 per month with the addition of water (variable) + trash ($43) + parking ($25) + pest control ($6) charges.
My original security deposit was $350 - this will be “forfeited” by me. If approved accordingly you will have no security deposit (as I already paid the $350)! This is depending on your background check (certain things could require you to pay more than the $350).

The lease will be fully transferred, so I can leave credits on the account if that is what we agree on but then all payments will go through you.
Can have professionally cleaned between my moveout/your move in! I have lived alone with no pets, and taken great care of the unit.
