Room for Rent – New Build Home (Charlotte Area)

I’m renting out a room in my home. The house is a brand-new build (completed this year) with 4 bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms. It’s a really beautiful home with a big fenced-in backyard in a quiet, growing neighborhood with lots of new houses being built.

Location is super convenient — easy access to restaurants, shopping, and only about 10 minutes from the city. Ubers are quick and affordable if you like going out.

A little about me: I’m a gay male professional with a dog, so being comfortable around pets is important. Ideally, I’m looking for someone responsible, reliable, and professional with good energy. It would be great to find someone who enjoys going out for drinks occasionally, has a social side, maybe likes electronic dance music, but also respects the home and keeps things clean and drama-free.
