Looking for a roommate to move in by November 1, 2026. Current roommate is moving to Charleston. Rent runs about 1050 a month and pets are allowed with a small pet fee. Utilities are usually around 75 to 150. Townhome is located in Sedgefield, within walking distance of the light rail and South End. I have been living here for over five years. The neighborhood and Landlord are great! A little bit about me… i’m a Nanny and a very active person. I stay on the go for the most part. Very respectable and like to keep the common areas clean.
