2 Rooms in Cozy 1990's Home!

Hi! My name is Kiley, and I'm a 23 year old post-grad student and soon to be working professional! I just started renting this beautiful home located 10 minutes from South Park and 15 from Ballentyne! The neighborhood is super friendly, and there's regular events/block parties to get involved in!

For $1,300 (not including utilities), you'll get 2 bedrooms, one large and one smaller with a closet, a private bathroom located across the landing from the rooms, and a parking spot in the two car garage! Utilities currently cost about $200 without being split, so expect yours to be somewhere around $100-150 (depending on your electricity/water use!).

The area around the house is super walkable, with the neighborhood being very safe and there being sidewalks to get pretty much anywhere within a 30 minute walk! There are also public transportation stops out on Park Rd. that can be easily utilized from the house.

As for me, I'm a pretty quiet person! I tend to hang out in my room/go out with my sisters and friends, so noise won't be a worry here! I do enjoy having people over on a fairly regular basis, and I would also love to have a roommate that would like to hang out from time to time too! I am a neat freak and prefer for the house to stay very clean, so ideally I'd like to room with someone who feels similarly about their space! In my free time I usually watch horror movies, draw, and play video games! I will also be working from home a couple times a week.

The property management company will require background and credit checks, but applications (I believe) won't be needed since I'm already living in the home.

Also, I do have furniture for most of the common spaces! I'm waiting on them to be moved over, so the only furniture you'll need to have is for your rooms!
