Rent is reduced in exchange for light assistance, such as:
• Simple meal prep or cooking
• Light housekeeping (tidying, dishes, sweeping, vacuuming etc.)
• Friendly conversation, check‑ins, fun activities, medication management, transportation/light errands
• Occasional help with small tasks around the house (gardening, hanging things on the wall, etc.)

No medical care or heavy lifting required — just someone patient and comfortable spending time with an older adult.

• Safe, quiet neighborhood
• Private bedroom, private bathroom, shared shower room
• Shared kitchen, living room, and laundry
• WiFi & utilities included
• Parking available
