It is a very quiet neighborhood. Property is only ten mins from Charlotte Douglas Airport. Walmart, Walgreen, Starbucks, fast food and restaurants are only 7 min from the house.

Shared areas are kitchen, dining room, half bathroom, living room and laundry room.
