Cozy Ranch in A Safe Neighborhood

Hi! I have been in this house for 2 years now and would love to stay here if possible. The rent is cheap for so much space and nearby amenities such as Latta Preserve, Northlake Shopping Center, Target, Food Lion, Harris Teeter Mountain Island Lake, Mount Holly/Huntersville Planet Fitness, and much more. The neighborhood is fantastic, diverse, and safe. The greenway just finished and connects you to Target / Northlake Shopping plaza! I just biked to get groceries last week and it was a fantastic experience. 10-15 minutes on a bike to Target is impeccable for a city.

My name is Keely and I work in architecture. I’m a passionate artist and maker. I have dozens of projects going on and always am staying busy with them. The garage has enough space for one car to park in it, but I sometimes utilize it for my projects and just park in the driveway (which can fit roughly 6 cars!)

I am confident I make a great roommate. I am extremely clean when it comes to the kitchen. Floors must be swept, dishes put away, rinsed off before entering the dishwasher, not overstocking the fridge or pantry. I try to run the dishwasher at night so it’s ready for the morning. I steam mop once a week and I usually handle the lawn care when necessary. If someone is willing to help me with lawn care that’s fantastic. Having a buddy system is always helpful! I am super communicative, I’ll let you know if I plan of having guests over, which I do from time to time. I’m a very empathetic and sensitive person, so please be nice to me and things will flow effortlessly! Being a proactive roommate is a bonus! If you leave crumbs and food stains on the counters, stove and/or floors and it doesn’t bother you, we won’t be a good fit.

Art and design are my passion! I’m very proactive. I can be forgetful so sometimes you may have to remind me of something, but if something breaks I am quick to fix it myself or put a service request in. I love helping others, especially if it comes to design / art / tattooing help.

Additionally, I have a sweet 5 year old bunny named Luna. She stays in the office 95% of the time, but will venture out to say hi if leafy greens might be involved. No other pets are preferred. The common areas are furnished by me and I will respect your things if you respect mine! The living room has a PS4 and projector system with vintage surround sound, a soft shag rug and a conversation pit style set up.
