$1,200 first month’s rent payment

🏡 Nonrefundable $300 is taken out of the $600 deposit for cleaning expenses, carpet cleaning, paint, etc. after tenant vacates premises.

Yours: Private bedroom and bathroom in a 3 bed, 2 bath house in an extremely quiet neighborhood with retirees and young, small families.

Ours: The third room is shared as an office space and guest room. There is a two car garage, a front and back yard, on-site laundry, gym equipment, wheelchair accessible.

There is no HOA, but people take care of their homes as though there is. I have three cats that live their best indoor/outdoor lifestyle. I would be willing to discuss more animals, but they will be approved on a case-by-case basis.
