Yep, we do a background, credit, and eviction check. Gotta make sure it’s a good fit for everyone
No need to worry about crazy fees. $49 application fee and a one month security deposit.
Smoke-free zone here (both inside and out), and we’re keeping it pet-free too.
This isn’t the place for wild parties. We’re all about maintaining a calm, respectful vibe
