Attentive landlord as well who addresses any issues. Landlord also sends cleaners for the common areas 1x/week.

I am the current tenant, this is a fantastic situation for the right person. I am not leaving because there are any issues, this was perfect for me, I just had an opportunity to move home where I am from and am taking it. I have a fantastic personal relationship with the landlord, he is a fantastic human and very reasonable. It is in my best interest to find a really good person to take my place, and for that reason I will be extremely transparent regarding any questions about the space!

Some furniture and a mini fridge may be available to stay; happy to discuss what would be useful. It can't come with me and I am willing to let it go for very generous prices, potentially free.
