Hello! Looking for two roommates starting in July 21st for a 1-year lease.
Preferences:
-Quiet hours around 9-930ish (I’m an early bird).
-Contributes to keeping the apartment clean and tidy.
-Contributes to buying/keeping up with basic kitchen/cleaning products (paper towels, soap, etc).
-Good/timely communication skills.
-No animals preferred but can make an exception.
-Ability/willingness to share a bathroom
-That’s pretty much it. I’m not too picky. Just be a good person/roommate.

-Insanely good location, especially if you work in uptown.
-2 minute walk to the Dowd, F45, Rail Trail, etc.
-Really good view of Uptown, Charlotte.
-Phone required to access PH floor, so generally well secured.
