Professional, classy SWM with one cat, tired of living alone. My super-cute, cozy, 3br/2na house is in south-east Charlotte, and has just recently be totally renovated and looks stunning in person. Only 12 minutes from downtown, and only 8 minutes from Matthews. The room is fully furnished, and private, with brand new carpet, brand new full-size cherry wood bed, brand new sheets, brand new pillows, brand new mattress, brand new boxspring two nightstands, full-size dresser, and one standard sized closet. The bathroom is also private, (not shared). No additional storage is available. No kids, no pets (including ESA), and no couples please. I am looking for someone who is very happy with her life, upbeat, optimistic about the future, honest, dependable, loyal, has a lovely personality, keeps her room neat, pays rent on time, is easy-going and open minded. Most of all, someone who is sociable and wants to make a new friend. Please note: If you are a "night owl", or if your life style requires you to come and go at night between 11pm and 5am, please pass me by. Rent is only $300 per month with a $150 deposit, but I am open to hearing all offers. Rent INCLUDES utilities. I do like to keep my house a little bit on the "cool" side, so if you are cold natured, you may reconsider my place.

More about me: I am a classy, successful, professional man, who works from home, so am at the house 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. When I am not working, I spend my free time at home watching youtube, netflix, hulu and other streaming services, playing video games and board games, cleaning the house, reading, and listening to music. I also own one short haired cat, so i am looking for someone with no pets and has zero cat allergies. If you are even slightly allergic to cats, please pass me by. I am perfectly fine with back-ground checks on myself and I hope you are ok with checks on yourself. A copy of your drivers licence will be required.
