Hi everyone. My name is Kevin. I am the home owner and I'm looking for a female roommate with no pets and no kids. I typically do not reach out first, so if you think we would be a good match, please do take the initiative and message me first.

I am a SWM. My super-cute, cozy, 3br/2na house is in south-east Charlotte, and looks stunning in person. Only 11 minutes from downtown, and only 8 minutes from Matthews. The room is fully furnished, and private, with soft carpet, brand new full-size cherry wood bed, brand new sheets, brand new pillows, brand new mattress, brand new box spring, two nightstands, full-size dresser, and one standard sized closet. The bathroom is also private, (not shared). If you have a small computer desk you want to add we can do that by removing the large dresser. No additional storage is available. I am looking for someone who is very happy with her life, upbeat, honest, dependable, loyal, has a lovely personality, keeps her room neat, pays rent on time, is easy-going and open minded. Most of all, someone who is sociable and wants to make a new friend.

Please note: If you are a "night owl", or if your life style requires you to come and go at night between 11pm and 5am, please pass me by. Rent is only $200 per month, for the first year, but please note the nr deposit of $300. Rent does include utilities. I keep my house a little bit on the "cool" side, so if you are cold natured, you may reconsider my place.

More about me: I am a classy, professional man, who works from home, so of course I am here 24/7. When I am not working, I spend my free time at home watching tv, playing video games, playing board games, cleaning my house, reading, listening to music, and riding my in-door exercise bike every day. Of course I don't mind if you use my in-door bike. I do plan on getting a cat in the future, so if you are even slightly allergic to cats please pass me by.

Special Note ! ! ! Please Read ! ! ! My vetting process is thorough and meticulous, so if you are in a big rush to move, you may want to pass me by. I am perfectly fine with back-ground checks on myself and expect the same transparency from yourself. A copy of your id will be required sometime before you move in. I do not text with people I do not know. Phone conversations only. I require at least 2 or 3 interviews by phone and at least 1 or 2 interviews “in person” BEFORE any move in date. Obviously, if you are living outside of the Charlotte NC area, there will be no way for me to interview you “in person”, so please consider that if you decide to contact me.
