Seeking 1 female roommate for townhouse

Hi my name is Diana my family owns the townhouse. I’m a laidback, clean, respectful age 43 single female looking for a female roommate for the second bedroom. This is a two bedroom 2.5 bathroom townhouse. Each bedroom is upstairs and has a full bathroom attached, and the half bath is downstairs. The bedroom is unfurnished. You’ll have full use of the house access to everything including kitchen appliances, washer and dryer, exercise equipment, etc. All utilities are included in the cost of rent. You’ll have your own parking space and there’s plenty of parking for visitors. Access to beautiful pool and gym in complex one minute walk around the corner. The only requirement would be that you like animals :) I have a cat and a miniature poodle both are very sweet. The townhouse is in a very safe area plus it has its own security system. If you’re open to pet sitting I would pay you of course but pet sitting is not expected at all, only if you wanted to there would be opportunities on occasion. Open to a female roommate with a child. I love kids. My family visits on occasion.
